MEGA SUPER JUNIORS STOPPED AT THE FINAL STEP IN ULM
Mega Super juniors failed to win the EuroLeague Next Gen qualifying tournament in Ulm and secure a place at the Final Tournament in Athens, as they were defeated in the final by their peers from Cedevita Olimpija, 82–73 (26:16, 19:19, 13:15, 24:23). Dejan Pejić’s team found themselves in a double-digit deficit after the opening 10 minutes, but raised their level of play as the game went on. They went toe-to-toe with the Ljubljana side and were even the better team at times, but were unable to erase the deficit and ultimately had to settle for second place in Ulm.
The top performers for Mega were Đorđe Gnjato with 22 points and seven rebounds (performance index rating: 26) and Vuk Danilović with 21 points and six rebounds. For his strong performances throughout the tournament, Vuk Danilović was also rewarded with a spot on the All-Tournament Team.


In Ulm, Mega Super previously defeated Olympiacos, Manresa and ASVEL, finishing the group stage with a +83 point differential, but were unable to overcome Cedevita Olimpija in the final, ending the tournament with a 3–1 record.
