MEGA SUPERBET VISITS SPLIT, AVDALOVIĆ: “A CLUB WITH GREAT TRADITION, THEIR FANS GIVE THEM GREAT ENERGY”

After three consecutive victories, Mega Superbet will face Split away in Round 5 of the ABA League Play-out phase. The game is scheduled for Sunday, March 22, at 18:00, with a live broadcast on Arena Sport TV.

Mega Superbet head coach Vule Avdalović shared his expectations ahead of the upcoming match:

– We are going to Split with a lot of respect for their team. It is a club with a great tradition, and their fans give them great energy. They recently changed their coach, and I believe they will play better in the upcoming period. We are coming off several consecutive wins, and we need to understand what led to those victories and try to continue playing in that way,

said Avdalović.

Mega Superbet first-team player Aleksa Milenković emphasizes that a tough away game awaits his team:

– This will be a difficult away game for us. We all know how tricky Split is when they play on their home court. It’s a team with great tradition, and we have to enter the game fully focused, just like we did in the previous matches,

added Milenković.

Due to the competition format this season, Mega Superbet has not faced Split so far. The head-to-head record between these two teams in the ABA League stands at 5–5. Mega is currently second in the Play-out phase standings with a 9–11 record, while Split has a 4–16 record.
