YOUTH TEAMS OF MEGA SUPER HAVE STARTED PREPARATIONS FOR THE NEW SEASON
The youth teams of Mega Super began their preparations for the new season today at the Dejan Milojević Sports Center.
Dejan Pejić has taken over the position of head coach of the junior team, succeeding Milan Vidosavljević, who will lead the senior team of OKK Beograd in the Basketball League of Serbia in the upcoming season.
Pejić has successfully led Mega’s youth selections for years. Last season, he won the Serbian Championship with the cadets, while with the pioneers he claimed one title in the 2021/22 season, three Mini Cups in the 2021/22, 2022/23, and 2023/24 seasons, and the Junior ABA League in the 2024/25 season as assistant coach to Milan Vidosavljević.
The cadet team will now be led by newcomer Lazar Jovičić, who will replace Dejan Pejić in that position.
The pioneers will once again be coached by Uroš Matić, who won the Mini Cup in Niš last season.
In September, the pioneers, cadets, and juniors will face qualifiers for the top-tier competition.
We wish our coaches the best of luck in the new season.
