MILOJEVIC: “REBOUNDS AND SHOOT FOR THREE POINTS DECIDED, I DON’T RESENT ANYTHING TO MY PLAYERS”

Mega Bemax did not manage to advance to the fourth round of the Radivoj Korac Cup since Partizan NIS in the crowded hall “Cair” in Nis was better with 89:79.

The best in Mega Bemax was Vlatko Cancar with 20 points and 7 rebounds. At a press conference after the match, he pointed out that the key to win of Partizan were offensive rebounds and great shoot for three points:

– Congratulations to Partizan on advancing to the finals. Small details decided winners, such as offensive rebounds and their good shot for the three points that gave them a triumph. Other segments of the game were well controlled, but unfortunately this was not enough,

Coach of Mega Bemax Dejan Milojevic pointed out that he had nothing to resent to his players:

– I would like to congratulate Partizan on a well deserved victory. They played a very good game, and I have nothing to resent to my players, except for the jump control. They had 41 rebounds, of which even 18 were in attack. Usually we are the team that controls the jump and dominates in that segment of the game, but this time it was not the case. The jump was the key to victory, and it should be added that Partizan had a great 3-point shot, as much as 63 percent, but I have to say that these were heavy shots. They decided on some details, because we missed easy layup on five points for Partizan, and then we received a three. To my friend Canak I wish good luck and to win the trophy,
