Mega Bemax pioneers have managed to defend the trophy in the Mini-Cup BeoBasket 2018, which was organized by the Basketball Association of Serbia in Nis, after they beat Crvena zvezda mts wtih 61:67 (19:23, 12:21, 12:6, 18:17). In the finals that was played in the hall “Cair” with a live broadcast on TV Arena sport players of coach Aleksandar Colic confirmed the role of favorite on the Mini-Cup after they provided great game in the finals first and foremost in the defense and eventually deservedly won a trophy.

The most effective in the ranks of Mega Bemax was Nikola Djurisic with 19 points, while Lazar Andric had 9 points, 16 rebounds and 5 steals. In Crvena zvezda mts the best was Filip Brankovic with 22 points and 9 rebounds, which was also MVP of the finals with 27 PIR.
 Pioneers of Mega are currently the first in the Quality League KSB, where in 14 rounds they have all 14 wins with a point difference plus 335.In the first half Pioneers of Mega were constantly in the lead, and at the end of the first 20 minutes of the game, they reached the biggest plus 13. 

After a little weaker third quarter where not to much points were seen, Crvena Zvezda managed to melt the difference to only two points in the finish, but after that two great defenses of Mega, followed by points from the counter and from the free throw line for the plus 6. After that, the pioneers of Mega Bemax routinely brought the match to the endfor a big celebration on the court and defended Mini-cup trophy.
