WEAKENED MEGA HEADS TO SUBOTICA, AVDALOVIĆ: WE’LL GIVE OUR BEST TO PLAY A GOOD GAME

In Round 9 of the ABA League, Mega Superbet’s basketball team will visit Spartak Office Shoes. The game is scheduled for Saturday, December 6, at 5:30 PM in the Dudova Šuma Sports Hall. Due to injury problems, Urban Kroflič, Abdramane Siby, and Lazar Gačić will miss the match, while Savo Drezgić is questionable due to a virus.

Head coach Vule Avdalović shared his expectations ahead of the match.

– We are expecting a tough game against a very strong Spartak team. Unfortunately, once again we won’t be at full strength – Gačić, Siby, and Kroflič are out due to injuries, while Drezgić is questionable because of a virus. Still, the guys who are available have been working well, and we will give everything we have to play a good game,

Avdalović said.

Mega’s player Vuk Radojičić also shared his thoughts before the match.

– We are expecting a very demanding game against a team that is traditionally very tough on their home court. Even though they are on a losing streak, our approach has to be very serious from the very first moment. We won’t be at full strength, but we’ll give our best to achieve a good result, which would be very important for us at this moment,

Radojičić said.

Before this match, Mega Superbet holds a record of two wins and five losses, while Spartak stands at 4–3.
