MEGA SUPERBET TO FACE CRVENA ZVEZDA, AVDALOVIĆ: “A GREAT CHALLENGE”

After opening the Winline Basket Cup with a win over CSKA Moscow, Mega Superbet turns its focus back to ABA League duties, where it will visit Crvena zvezda in Round 4. The game is scheduled for Saturday, October 25, at Aleksandar Nikolić Hall, tipping off at 8:00 p.m., with live coverage on Arena Sport channels.

Mega Superbet head coach Vule Avdalović shared his thoughts ahead of the matchup against Crvena zvezda:

A big challenge is ahead of us. We’re playing against Crvena zvezda, a team that has won all five games since changing their head coach. The arrival of Saša Obradović has completely transformed them — they’re playing with much better energy than at the start of the season. We didn’t have much time to prepare, but I expect us to be highly motivated and to play a good game against a very strong opponent,” said Avdalović.

Mega Superbet guard Vuk Radojčić is looking forward to the opportunity to test himself against elite opposition:

We’re facing Crvena zvezda, a team full of experienced EuroLeague players. This will be a great opportunity for our young squad to measure up against such a strong opponent. It’s up to us to show toughness and stay focused throughout the entire game in order to achieve a good result,” added Radojčić.

After three rounds, Mega Superbet holds a 1–2 record, while Crvena zvezda stands at 1–1 with one game in hand.
