BLOCK OF PAUNOVIC FOR U19 MEGA WIN AGAINST KRKA

At the start of the second day of the semi-final tournament of the Junior ABA League which is held in the Mega Factory Hall in Belgrade, U19 Mega Bemax defeated Krka with 89:90 (20:32, 32:25, 26:21, 11:12) in an extremely exciting match. Coach Dragoljub Avramovic’s players on several occasions failed to resolve the match, and at the lead of Mega by one point difference Paunovic on the last second blocked lay-up of Hvalec for the new victory of Mega’s juniors.

The most efficient in the Mega Bemax ranks were Petar Kovacevic with 21 points and Marko Brekic with 18, while Luka Medved with 25 points stood out in the Krka.

After two games played, Mega Bemax juniors have a score of 2-0 and the next match will play on Saturday at 9:30 am against Buducnost VOLI while they will meet Cibona on the same day at 20:15. The two best placed teams from the group will qualify for the final tournament.
