REPORT FROM THE SECOND DAY OF SEMIFINAL TOURNAMENT OF U19 ABA LEAGUE

On the second day of the semi-final tournament of the Junior ABA League, which takes place in the Mega Factory Hall, four matches were played and in the most exciting match the juniors of Mega Bemax defeated Krka with 89:90.

At the start of the second day of the semi-final tournament of the Junior ABA League which held in the Mega Factory Hall in Belgrade, Mega Bemax’s juniors beat Krka with 89:90 (20:32, 32:25, 26:21, 11:12) in an extremely exciting match. Coach Dragoljub Avramovic’s players on several occasions failed to resolve the match, and on the lead of Mega by one point difference Paunovic at the last second blocked the lay-up of Hvalec for the new victory of junior Mega.

The most efficient in the Mega Bemax ranks were Petar Kovacevic with 21 points and Marko Brekic with 18, while Luka Medved with 25 points stood out in Krka.

Mega Bemax: Paunovic 10, Milosevic, Djurisic 7, Agoc 8, Langovic 7 (12 rebounds), Andric 14 (8 assists), Brekic 18, Kovacevic 21, Krtinic, Musikic 5, Kobzystyi, Pavicevic.

In the second game of the second day of the tournament, Buducnost VOLI and Partizan NIS met and juniors of Buducnost won with 91:81 (26:23, 16:22, 25:18, 24:18). The most efficient in the ranks of Buducnost were Fedja Pajovic with 30 points and Fedor Zugic with 25 while Stefan Todorovic with 21 points stood out in Partizan.

Buducnost VOLI: Zugic 25, Pajovic 30, Ivanovic 2, Radunovic, Radetic 5, Vujisic 11, Karadzic, Jovanovic, Rakocevic 6, Marinovic, Mehic 10, Kojicic 2.

In the third game played on Friday, Igokea and Krka met and Krka’s juniors won with 67:88 (17:26, 23:21, 16:23, 11:18). The most efficient in the Krka were Jaka Aringer with 23 points and Jaka Mori with 20 points, while Kosta Kondic and Vuk Boskovic bothwith 13 points stood out in Igokea.

In the last game played on Friday, Partizan NIS after great last quarter celebrated against Cibona with a 98:94 (25:31, 23:24, 24:29, 26:10). Partizan’s most efficient players were Nikola Radovanovic with 25 points and Luka Tarlac and Stefan Todorovic with 20 points each, while Luksa Buljevic with 27 points was the best in Cibona.
