TELENET GIANTS ANTWERP WON AGAINST PARTIZAN FOR THIRD PLACE ON MEGA BEMAX CUP

Basketball players of Telenet Giants Antwerp won third place at the Mega Bemax Cup 2017 after they defeated Partizan NIS with 84:87 with (19:24, 15:16, 19:22, 31:25). Belgrade’s Black and White were losing in the last quarter with 16 points difference, but in the end they had a shot for an overtime where Williams-Goss did not hit the half-court shot.

The best in the ranks of the winner was Dave Dudzinski with 20 points, while Nigel Williams-Goss had 16 points and 10 assists in Partizan, while Novica Velickovic scored 14 points with 10 rebounds.

At the start of the match, Cakarević and Salic scored 6 points in the black and white team, but the Belgian team managed to score after offensive rebound and reached plus 7. The first quarter ended with Veličkovic’s points for 19:24 for the Belgian team .

Clark is fouled, strikes both free throws, and for the remaining three seconds, Williams-Goss tried half-court shot for overtime, but without success.
