DROBNJAK TRAVELED TO CAMP “BASKETBALL WITHOUT BORDERS” IN ISRAEL

Junior of Mega Bemax Igor Drobnjak has traveled to the European edition of the prestigious basketball camp “Basketball without Borders”, which is being held in Tel Aviv in Israel from August 13 to 16.

This year’s 16th European camp organized by the NBA and FIBA ​​will bring together the most talented basketball players up to 17 year old from 22 countries who will have the opportunity to train and listen to lectures by numerous well-known trainers, former and current players as well as managers from various teams, including NBA. The main promoters of the camp in Tel Aviv are the former NBA star and the legendary center of San Antonio Spurs, David Robinson, as well as Israeli NT and Golden State player Omri Kaspi.

At the European camp “Basketball without borders” which was held last year in Helsinki, Mega’s players Nikola Miškovic and Goga Bitadze took part then.

Drobnjak came into the ranks of Mega Bemax last summer, where he played for the cadet and junior teams. He finished with Megasecond in the Triglav Cadet League of Serbia with an average of 16.1 points, 3.6 rebounds and 4.3 assists per match. He also played for the junior team that won the second place in Europe and Serbia. He was particularly prominent in the Euroleague Final Tournament in Istanbul, where he was the creator of the big turn and victory against Real Madrid, when he tied 11 points in less than 3 minutes in the last quarter.
