ZAGORAC: “IN GOOD RHYTHM BEFORE MATCH AGAINST PARTIZAN”

Mega Leks on Saturday 21st of May from 21 hours plays the decisive match for first place in Group B of Super League of Serbia against Partizan NIS in the Hall “Aleksandar Nikolić”. After 4 rounds, Mega have a score of 3 wins and 1 defeat. For the first place in the group Mega will have to win with more than 4 points to annull the  difference from the first match between the two teams in the second round of the Super League.

In the last match of the two rivals was injured playmaker of Mega Leks Nikola Ivanovic, who meanwhile, has missed two games but will be ready for the match against Partizan.

Dejan Milojevic emphasizes that the team needs to draw lessons from the previous game against Partizan:

“We expect a team that is certainly a favorite for the top spot in the group and one of the favorites for the title. Arriving of Novica Velickovic are much increased. He showed how much he means for the team, in the last gamehe  was the decisive factor in defeating Partizan. It is necessary to draw lessons from this match in order to reach victory and first place in the group for easier opponent in the semifinals”,

said coach of Mega Leks.

Both teams celebrated in the last round. Mega Leks was convincing in Nis against Konstantin with 75:104 while Partizan defeated Borac in Cacak with 83:94. Mega and Partizan have met this season in the 4 official match of which Mega won in 3 meetings. The last match they played in the 2nd round of the Super League Serbia when Partizan celebrated in Sremska Mitrovica with 81:85.

Captain of Mega Leks Rade Zagorac believes that the Mega is in good rhythm:

“We meet Partizan in the good rhythm and for us it is in some way a game of the season. We’re after the victory over 4 points difference and therefore first place in the group. In the first match we were outplayed and they deservedly won. I hope we can give them a good answer on Saturday”,

said the captain of Mega Leks.
