Biography
Uros Plavsic was born on December 22, 1998 in Čačak, he is 216 centimeters tall and plays in the Center position. After six years, Plavsic returned from the USA to the club for which he played in the junior and cadet teams.
After leaving Serbia, Plavsic first spent one year in high school in Tennessee, before transferring to Arizona State College. A year later, he returned to Tennessee and played for the team of the college of the same name, the Volunteers. In four years, he made 101 official appearances in the NCAA and averaged 3.7 points and 2.8 rebounds, and this summer he played for the Atlanta Hawks in the NBA Summer League.
Plavsic is a native of Ivanjica, and through Užice he joined the ranks of Mega, for which he performed in cadet and junior age. Before leaving for the USA, he also spent the 2016/17 season on loan in Smederevo, together with another talented center who left Mega “across the pond”, Orlando Magic basketball player Gogo Bitadze.
