MEGA SUPERBET DEFEATED IN THE OPENING GAME OF THE KLS PLAY-IN
Mega Superbet basketball team suffered a defeat in the opening game of the Serbian Basketball League (KLS) play-in, losing to FMP 77–80 (21:16, 20:15, 11:30, 25:19) at the Dejan Milojević Training Center. Vule Avdalović’s squad started the game well, building a five-point lead after the first 10 minutes and doubling it by halftime. However, the visitors turned the game around in the third quarter and took control of the scoreboard. Mega fought until the end and tried to regain the lead, cutting the deficit to just one point in the closing moments, but failed to complete the comeback and now trail 0–1 in the best-of-three series.
The standout performer for Mega Superbet was Bogoljub Marković with 23 points and nine rebounds (performance index rating 36), while Asim Đulović came close to a double-double with 17 points and nine rebounds. Savo Drezgić added 13 points (six assists), while Andrej Mušicki contributed nine points and six assists.
For FMP, Filip Barna scored 18 points, Filip Rebrača and Lazar Stefanović added 11 each, while Kristjon Judžin finished with 10 points.

After an evenly balanced start, the visitors were the first to create a noticeable advantage, taking a 14:9 lead. However, Mega responded strongly with a 10:0 run to seize control of the game. Avdalović’s team went into the first break ahead 21:16 and successfully resisted another FMP push early in the second quarter, extending the lead to 29:22 after several minutes of play. The visitors closed the gap once again, but Mega held firm and later reached a double-digit lead after a three-pointer by Mušicki (38:26). Marković preserved the advantage, and after 20 minutes the scoreboard showed 41:31 in favor of Mega.
Still, FMP responded immediately after halftime and tied the game at 44:44 after four minutes of play. The visitors then completed the comeback and eventually entered the final quarter with a nine-point advantage thanks to a three-pointer (61:52). Marković and Đulović tried in every way to bring Mega back into the game, managing to cut the deficit to just one point, but the visitors held on to their lead and took the opening game of the KLS play-in series.

The rematch is scheduled for May 12 at 6:00 PM at FMP’s arena in Železnik.
