Mega Bemax coach Dejan Milojevic in comparison to last match will not be able to count on Novak Music who will play for OKK Beograd in the rest of the season, while the last reinforcement of the club is Blaz Mesicek will be available to play.

Mega Bemax coach Dejan Milojevic stressed the importance of the match against Zadar:

– On Friday we expect an extremely important match against Zadar, which, like us, started with two defeats. Zadar is a quality opponent with some very experienced players and they will certainly want to react the right way after defeat from Krka at home. Losing matches from Cedevita Olimpija and FMP are not terrible or unexpected in themselves, but the game we have shown is below the level of the club, as well compared to the games we have shown in the preparatory period. We are a young team, confidence is easily shaken, but I believe we will be able to get it back in the match against Zadar. That kind of thing requires energy to be at the required level throughout the whole course of the match, with aggressive play in defense and more concentration in attack. We are not in a good situation, but I believe we can win against Zadar, which would surely lift the team in the continuation of the competition in the ABA league,

said Milojevic.

In previous ABA league games Mega Bemax and Zadar recorded defeats, in the last round Mega was in Zeleznik defeated by FMP, while Zadar lost to Krka on home ground. In 12 ABA matches so far, Mega leads 7-5.

Mega Bemax center Marko Simonovic said that with the right approach to the match and strong defense, Mega could win against Zadar:

– On Friday we play against Zadar, which has a quality and inconvenient team. I believe that a better game awaits us, especially in relation to the first two, where we were not solid enough on the field and where we played poorly, primarily in defense. Such a games are not characteristic of us and I believe that with the right approach to the match and with strong defense we will come to victory against Zadar, which would mean a lot to us,

said Simonovic
