MEGA BEAT PARTIZAN IN HUMANITARIAN MATCH IN KRAGUJEVAC

Basketball players of Mega Bemax beat Partizan NIS with 79:85 (24:20, 11:24, 20:23, 24:18) in a humanitarian match played in Kragujevac. Mega was trailing 15 points in the first quarter, but they quickly managed to return to the match, took lead and eventually kept the advantage for win in a last check before the start of Superleague.

All income from the tickets sold for the humanitarian duels played in the Kragujevac Hall “Jezero” is intended for the Center for the Development of Socially Protected Services “Kneginja Ljubica”.

The most effective in the ranks of Mega Bemax were Nemanja Kapetanovic with 14 points, as well as Ognjen Carapic, Goga Bitadze and Predrag Samardžiski with 11 points. In the ranks of Partizan, Vanja Marinkovic had 21 points.

At the very beginning of the match, black and whites had 15 points advantage, but Mega’s players played better and first dropped the difference to 4 points by the end of the quarter, then they switched to lead and ended half-time with an advantage of 35:44. In the second half, Mega kept the lead that Partizan tried to end up in the finish, but Dejan Milojevic’s players denied the attack and eventually deservedly came to the win.
