JUNIORS OF MEGA BEMAX BETTER THAN GBA PRAGUE, FOR THE THIRD PLACE ON SUNDAY AGAINST EFES

Mega Bemax juniors have won against Czech team GBA Prague with 59:67 (9:16, 23:20, 11:11, 16:20) within the third round of the Junior Euroleague qualifying tournament in the FMP Hall in Zeleznik. However, as Partizan had previously won against the same opponent, juniors of Mega will on Sunday at 16:00 fight for 3rd place at the tournament with Anadolu Efes after they took the second place in group B with two victories and one defeat.

Players of the coach of Vlada Vukoicic had a lead from the middle of the first quarter, the Czech team managed to equalize to 3 and a half minutes to the end, but the juniors of Mega played a good finish and eventually get to a deserved victory.

The most effective in the ranks of Mega Bemax were Bogdan Nedeljkovic with 20 points and Luka Cerovina with 18. In GBA Prague the best were Jaakson and Novotny with 14 points.

On Sunday at 18:00, Mega Bemax plays the above-mentioned match for the third place with the Efes, while in the finals at 20:00 will meet Crvena Zvezda mts and Partizan NIS and the winner will secure the place for the F8 tournament that will be held during the Final Four of Euroleague in May In Belgrade.
