On Saturday, October 21st at 17:00, Mega Bemax players will continue to compete in the ABA League, where they will within 5th round play in Podgorica against Buducnost VOLI.

Duel in Podgorica will also have a humanitarian character, as all revenues from the sale of tickets will go as a help for the treatment of former basketball player of Buducnost Dragan Tomovic. Basketball Club Mega Bemax, together with ZKK Buducnost Bemax, join the humanitarian campaign by purchasing a certain number of tickets that will be distributed among basketball players and basketball players of these clubs to childred at Elementary School “Maksim Gorki” in Podgorica on Friday from 16:10.

The coach of Mega Bemax, Dejan Milojevic, will not be able to count on Kostja Mushidi, Nikola Miskovic and Stefan Sinovec because of injuries. Coach of Mege pointed out that he expects a very difficult match on Saturday:

– On Saturday we play against the very high quality team of Buducnost, which is in excellent shape and they are great favorite in this match. Wins away against Zvezda and Hapoel just confirms this. We have to play extremely aggressively in the defense and not to allow them a lot of offensive rebounds as in the match against Olimpija. We expect a very difficult match, but we will do our best to surprise them on their hall and to come to a victory that would mean a lot to us,

Milojevic said.

Mega Bemax and Buducnost so far have met 10 times in the ABA league and Mega has won four duels. The last match between the two teams was played in the 16th round of ABA League last season when in Podgorica Buducnost won 88:80. After 4 rounds of ABA league, Buducnost is in the first place on the table with a score of 3-1 while Mega has 2 wins and 2 defeats.

Mega Bemax forward Vlatko Cancar pointed out that the match against Buducnost will be a good test for the team:

– We expect a tough match against Buducnost which showed that it is a very good team. The most important thing is to correct the bad impression from the last match and return to our game rhythm. Buducnost is in a series of victories to which they have come with an aggressive and solid play. The match with them will be a very good test for us to see where we are in relation to the strongest teams in the league,

Cancar said.
