GOOD RESISTANCE OF MEGA, STRASBOURG RESOLVED IN FOURTH QUARTER

Players of Mega Leks did not have strength for a big surprise since within the 5th round of the Basketball Champions League lost away against Strasbourg with 68:59 (10:15, 17:12, 23:19, 18:13). After an excellent start, Mega for the most part played well and parried to Strasbourg but in the late third and early fourth quarter home team managed to hit some shots and came to a decisive advantage. Mega also in this match had a lot of injury problems since the addition to the previously injured Spasojevic, Tejic and Carapic, also Kostja Mushidi was not fully fit because of injured hand.

The most efficient in the ranks of Mega Leks were Mushidi with 13 and Cancar with 12 points while in Strasbourg Walker was the top scorer with 17 points. Mega Leks after 5 rounds has a record of 1 win and 4 losses, while Strasbourg reached the third victory. Dejan Milojevic started the match with Novak, Mushidi, Zagorac, Cancar and Kaba. Mega played great at start for the series 0:8 with triples of Cancar and Novak.
