MILOJEVIC: “QUALITY GAME FOR THE WIN IN ZELEZNIK”

After the victory in the first round of the ABA league against Union Olimpija, Mega Leks on Tuesday from 19 o’clock continue competing in a regional league game with a game against FMP Zeleznik.

Dejan Milojevic in this match can not count on the injured Stefan Glogovac and Ognjen Carapic who will definitely miss the next couple of rounds in the ABA league.

Coach of Mega Leks recalled the extremely difficult series with the FMP, which was played at the end of last season:

– We can expect a tough match against FMP, who in the first round in Zadar played a great match and showed how serious team they are. Last season with them we had very difficult series for third place in the Super League. I believe that our victory against Olimpija poured necessary confidence for the team and that with a high-quality game, we will be able to celebrate in Zeleznik,

said Milojevic.

Mega Leks and FMP are so far not been met in the ABA league but at the end of last season played the series for third place in the Super League where Mega won a total score of 3:2.

Djordje Simeunovic first commented on the match with Olimpija:

– We beat Olimpija in a very difficult and uncertain match even though we did not play well in most of the match. Wins in these matches are very important for the confidence of the team so we in a good mood go in Zeleznik,

said Simeunovic and continued:

– FMP played a match on one ball in Zadar, where they had a chance to win against a team which I believe will fight for a place that lead in the playoffs. With them, we played a very difficult series last season in the Super League and I do not think that will be very different tomorrow. We need to play aggressive defense that we showed last year and we want to be our trademark also this season. In addition to progress in the game compared to last match, I believe that we can come to a very important victory for us,

said Simeunovic.

The match is scheduled for Tuesday, October 4, from 19 o’clock in the Hall FMP in Zeleznik with live broadcast on TV Arena Sport.
