MEGA SUPERBET BEGIN PREPARATIONS FOR THE 2026/27 SEASON

Mega Superbet have traditionally become the first team to begin preparations for the 2026/27 season.

Following medical testing and last week’s introductory practices, head coach Vule Avdalović held the team’s first roll call, attended by Andrej Mušicki, Pavle Bačko, Mihailo Bošković, Uroš Šuput, Aleksandar Vojinović, Luka Paunov, Andrej Lučić, Ognjen Nikolić, Vladimir Kontić, Tarik Hrelja, Ognjen Srzentić and Milan Šuput.

Entering his second season as Mega Superbet’s head coach, Vule Avdalović has assembled his coaching staff. Aleksandar Rašić will serve as Team Manager, while newcomer Vladimir Marić joins Branislav Božović, who is entering his fourth season with the club, as assistant coaches.

Mladen Teofilović is responsible for the team’s strength and conditioning program. The medical staff remains unchanged and consists of physiotherapists Miloš Savić and Vanja Radojević, as well as team doctors Uroš Stanković and Boris Ukropina.

“A new season is ahead of us, and we can’t wait to begin playing our preseason games. We will have the opportunity to face some of the best college basketball teams from the United States, which will be a great challenge and a chance to show ourselves in the best possible light. These trips will also help us build the team chemistry that will be extremely important throughout the season, especially considering how young our team is. We are focused, prepared and highly motivated for the challenging season ahead, and we will do everything in our power to be ready for it”, said Mega Superbet head coach Vule Avdalović.

As part of their preseason schedule, Mega Superbet will play several high-quality games at attractive destinations. On August 8 and 9, Mega Superbet will face Auburn University in Mykonos, Greece. The team will then travel to Dubrovnik, where they will take on the reigning NCAA champions, the University of Michigan, on August 27. Finally, on September 1 and 2, Mega Superbet will compete against Breogán and Porto in Lugo, Spain.
