MEGA SUPERBET VISIT STUDENTSKI CENTAR, AVDALOVIĆ: “THE KEY WILL BE TO START WITH THE RIGHT APPROACH”

Mega Superbet will face Studentski centar in Podgorica in Round 8 of the ABA League Play-Out phase. The game is scheduled for Monday, April 13, at 18:00, with live coverage on Arena Sport.

Mega Superbet head coach Vule Avdalović shared his expectations ahead of the game at Morača Sports Center:

“We expect a very demanding and important game against SC Derby in Podgorica. Derby is a team with a quality roster and many experienced players who know the ABA League well. The key will be to start the game with the right approach from the first minute, maintain maximum concentration for all 40 minutes, stay disciplined on defense, and make smart decisions on offense. We are going to Podgorica with the desire to play a good, physical game and come back with important points. The players are motivated and ready to give their best,” said Avdalović.

Mega Superbet player Jordan Davis also commented on the upcoming matchup:

“We expect a challenging game in Podgorica. Derby is an experienced and quality team. Our approach from the very beginning must be at a high level if we want to secure another win,” added Davis.

Mega Superbet defeated SC Derby 90–76 at home in mid-March during the second round of the Play-Out phase and leads the head-to-head series 7–2.

Avdalović’s team currently sits in fourth place in the Play-Out standings with a 10–13 record, while Studentski centar is at the bottom with a 6–17 record.
