MEGA SUPERBET PLAYS FIRST GAME AGAINST INDIANA IN PUERTO RICO, AVDALOVIĆ: “TOUGH MATCH AHEAD, WE WANT TO PLAY AS WELL AS POSSIBLE”

Mega Superbet basketball players are currently in Puerto Rico, where they will play two exhibition games against the University of Indiana as part of the Indiana Summer Tour.

The first game is scheduled for the night between August 9 and 10, at 1:00 AM Central European Time.

Head coach of Mega Superbet, Vule Avdalović, shared his expectations ahead of the first matchup at the iconic Roberto Clemente Coliseum in San Juan:

– We’ve been training in Puerto Rico for a few days now, and it’s time for our first preseason game against the University of Indiana. I expect a very tough match, considering that Indiana has strengthened their roster with many quality players at every position. They also have a new head coach, which adds to the challenge. We want to play as well as possible because this is our first game after less than two weeks of preparation. Training has been going well, and these games will be extremely valuable for our young players,

said Avdalović.

Mega Superbet traveled to Puerto Rico with the following roster: Bogoljub Marković, Lazar Gačić, Aleksa Milenković, Marko Vukčević, Ognjen Nikolić, Abdramane Sibi, Savo Drezgić, Ognjen Srzentić, Vuk Radojičić, Andrej Mušicki, Asim Đulović, and Urban Kroflič.

With this trip, Mega continues its tradition of summer games against NCAA teams, having previously faced college programs such as Michigan, Virginia, and Kentucky. In 2021, they also played against Indiana in the Bahamas.

The second game is scheduled for August 11 at 5:00 PM Central European Time.
