U15 MEGA MIS CONVINCINGLY OVERCAME PARTIZAN AND WON THE MINI CUP IN NIŠ

U15 Mega MIS won the Mini Cup in Niš after defeating the Partizan team in the final played in the Čair hall 94:76 (23:20, 27:15, 19:22, 25:19). Dejan Pejić’s team gained a crucial advantage in the second quarter, as they went to the break with a 15-point lead. The black and whites showed a reaction after returning to the floor but managed to reduce the deficit by only three points. Mega stepped up in the decisive period, and it soon became apparent that they would win the Mini Cup.

The best scorer of the final and the MVP was Mega’s Vuk Danilović, who scored 24 points with a PIR of 27.

Nikola Karalić played another excellent match at the tournament in Niš and scored 21 points. Part of the vital trio was Aleksa Stiković, who scored up to 20 in the battle for the trophy. Ilija Radonjić followed them with 10 points.

The U15 Mega MIS team first defeated Vojvodina 117:78 in the quarter-finals, and then even more convincingly in the semi-finals the selection of the City of Niš with 123:52. With their triumph over the black and whites, they rounded off their participation in the Mini Cup in Niš in the best possible way and thus won it for the third time after 2017 and 2018.
