U17 Mega MIS defeated their peers from Borac Mozzart 71:64 (24:18, 18:13, 13:7, 16:26) in the 10th round of the U17 Triglav League of Serbia. Petar Radonjić’s team won the first quarter with six points, increased the surplus to 11 before the big break, and then gained a big 17-point lead in the tough third quarter. The rival managed to reduce the deficit to single-digit points only at the finish but didn’t disturb the hosts. The young basketball players of Mega maintained their maximum score (10-0) and are now alone at the top of the table.
In the winning team, Ognjen Srzentić stood out with 19 points and nine rebounds, while Petar Milosavčević scored 12 points with eight rebounds. Nikola Božilović and Luka Solomun each added 10 points, while Ognjen Nikolić had six points and 10 rebounds.
In the next round, the Mega cadets are visiting their peers from Partizan.
