U18 MEGA SOCCERBET TRAVELED TO VALENCIA TO F8 TOURNAMENT OF JUNIOR EUROLEAGUE

The juniors of Mega Soccerbet traveled to Valencia, where they will compete in the final tournament of the Junior Euroleague from June 3 to 6. Mega’s juniors have been regular participants in the F8 Euroleague Basketball “Adidas Next Generation Tournament” since the final tournament held in Berlin in 2016, and this year’s participation at F8 was secured with a triumph in the qualifying tournament which was held in February in Zeleznik.

Mega is in Group B with the teams of Barcelona, ​​Valencia and Stelaazzura, and they will play the first game on Thursday, June 3, at 6 pm against Valencia. Real Madrid, Crvena zvezda mts, Zalgiris and ASVEL play in group A. The winners of both groups will meet in the finals on Sunday at 11 am.

Mega’s coach Dragoljub Avramovic will be able to count on the following 12 players at the Final Tournament in Valencia, in which players born in 2003 and later will participate: Nikola Jovic, Nikola Djurisic, Oleksandr Kobzystyi, Danilo Labovic, Andrija Vucurovic, Filip Stanojevic, Mihailo Milutinovic, Nikola Djapa, Radovan Kompirovic, Ahmet Jonovic, Luka Bogavac and Tomislav Ivisic.

Before the trip to Valencia, U18 Mega coach Dragoljub Avramovic, who recently extended his contract with the club for another two years, pointed out the F8 tournament of the junior Euroleague is the crown of the season:

– We worked hard all year, we achieved great results, but we do not want to stop there. The final tournament of the Junior Euroleague in Valencia is the crown of our season, we can’t wait for it to start and we hope that we will present our club, players and our work in the best way,

said Avramovic.

Juniors of Mega are currently having a fantastic season. After the already mentioned triumph at the qualifying tournament of the Junior Euroleague in February in Zeleznik, two more trophies were won in May. First, the title of the champion of Serbia was won with only two defeats in the season, and with convincing victories at the final tournament of the Roda Junior League if Serbia, which was held in Uzice. After that, the juniors of Mega also won the U19 ABA league, as they recorded all three victories at the F8, which was held in Cajetina.
