ALEKSANDAR LAZIC: “I AM LEAVING MEGA AS A BETTER PLAYER AND BETTER MAN”

Forward of Mega Bemax Aleksandar Lazic will continue his career in Petrol Olimpija after signing a contract with the Slovenian team. Lazic thus returned to the club he was a member from 2012 to 2016.

On the farewell to the club, Lazic said that the season in Mega Bemax meant a lot for him:

– I would like to thank all my teammates, coaching staff, management and others from the club organization on everything they have provided me in the previous year. For me especially meant the support I received at every step and it helped me to progress as a player, but also as a human. A new chapter in my career awaits me, and I wish to Mega all the luck and to continue to be the best environment for young players,

Lazic pointed out.

Aleksandar Lazic was born on June 10, 1996 in Milici, Bosnia and Herzegovina, he is 203 cm high and plays on positions 3 and 4. To the ranks of Mega Bemax he came in the year 2017 and in the previous season in the ABA league for 23.6 minutes on average had 7.5 points and 5.7 rebounds while in the Super League he had 9.5 points and 4.9 rebounds per game.

In the meantime, he became a national team player of Bosnia and Herzegovina for which he played in the World Cup qualifications.
