MILOJEVIC: “TO PRESENT OURSELVES IN BETTER LIGHT AGAINST ZVEZDA”

Players of Mega Leks will on Monday 9th of January at 18 o’clock continue competing in the ABA league when in Sremska Mitrovica will await the leaders of the regional competition and so far undefeated Crvena zvezda mts. Tickets for the match of the 17th round of ABA league are already on sale at a price of 400 dinars for stands and 1000 for VIP seats, and can be purchased in the period from 8 to 22 hours in a cafe Pinki within the halls, as well as at the box office on the day of the match.

Dejan Milojevic in this match because of hand injuries will not be able to count on Marko Tejic, als Nikola Rebic and Ognjen Carapic will not play.

Coach of Mega Leks points out that the team wants to present himself in the best light against Crvena zvezda:

– We’re playing against the best team of the ABA league that plays great in Europe and they are an absolute favorite in tomorrow’s match. We are in a nascent form. We want to play a quality match and to present ourselves in the best light against Crvena zvezda,

said Milojevic.

Both won Zvezda, the first within the preparatory period in the final of the tournament in Vrsac with 90:84, and the second in the fourth round of the ABA league when Crvena zvezda celebrated in Belgrade with 96:76. Guest on tomorrows match are first in the standings of ABA league with 16 wins from as many matches while Mega has 5 triumph.

Ognjen Jaramaz said that the Mega will try to make a surprise and came to victory:

– We can expect a tough match tomorrow in which Zvezda is the absolute favorite. We have to play at a high level, and to reduce turnovers and fluctuations to a minimum. We’re playing against the best team currently in ABA league that has not experienced defeat in the competition. This will be an extra motivation to give our best and with the help of the audience at home, to try and beat them and throw a big surprise,

said Jaramaz.
