MILOJEVIC: “WE PLAYED SMART AND MATURE WHEN IT WAS NEEDED”

Mega Leks played fourth in a series of exciting finishes of matches but in the end won against Igokea with 64:67. Great game provided Djordje Simeunovic who in the match in Laktaši with 2 points, recorded 9 rebounds and 5 assists. Simeunovic after the match was very pleased with the victory:

– First of all, this is our first victory in Laktasi which is why we areu very pleased. The important victory on away court that is very important for our confidence. Finally we get to the uncertain ending that makes a difference after a few lost games on one ball. Our defense worked well, we received only 64 points and I want to congratulate my team to fight and win,

said Simeunovic.

Milojevic said that the team played a mature and wise in key moments:

“I am very pleased with victory because Mega has not won away against Igokea and here is normally very hard to take the points. The team has now played a mature and wise when it was necessary. We played good defense, threw some important shots at the end and deservedly celebrated. Igokea ushered us into the slower pace of the game that is little bit more convenient for them but we managed in such a game to come to a very important victory for us.
