JARAMAZ:”OUR CONFIDENCE IS AT THE HIGH LEVEL”

On Thursday 24th of December at 7pm within the 16th round of ABA league, Mega Leks will play against the leader of the regional competition,  Buducnost. Players of Dejan Milojevic welcomes team from Podgorica in a good mood after a fantastic breakthrough and victory last Saturday in Pionir against Partizan. As in the previous match in Sremska Mitrovica, during the half time, three lucky viewers will shoot threes from half court for a valuable prize – TV, which will be provided by Roda.

Dejan Milojevic emphasizes that Mega has a smoking aces this match:

“Buducnost is the leader in the standings, they beat us most convincingly of all teams this season and we have extra motivation to them to get back on the court. They changed the coach, and they are filled in all positions with two good players and have the role of favorite in this match. We have shown that we can play against anyone and we have a smoking aces in this game. With great energy, aggressiveness in defense and high quality game in attack, I believe that we can win”,

said Milojevic.

Mega in the previous round compensate a minus of 18 points and eventually recorded a triumph against Partizan at Pionir with 78:85 while Buducnost was convincing against the reigning champions of the ABA league, Crvena zvezda Telekom with 68:54. Mega after 15 rounds have a score of 10-5 while Buducnost reached 13 wins with only 2 losses. Mega and Buducnost so far in the ABA league met five times with the score 3-2 for the team from Podgorica. In the last match played in the third round this season, Budućnost in Podgorica celebrated with 71:54

Ognjen Jaramaz  first mentioned in the previous game in ABA league:

“The atmosphere is excellent. Behind us is a very important game that we, despite trailing in most of the match, managed to win. Our confidence is at a high level so we are ready for match against Buducnost”,

Jaramaz said and continued:

“Buducnost is the first in the standings, fully deserved as they play great throughout the previous course of the season. Accordingly, although we are the hosts, they are valid for the favorites in this match. As I said earlier, our confidence is at a high level, we train well and what is very important, we have no major health problems. I think we’re ready to record a win in this match”,

Ognjen Jaramaz considered, like Aleksandar Aranitovic played last Saturday, playing against his brother Nemanja, who plays for Podgorica things:

“The first official match against brother I played in the first part of the season in that game,Buducnost was then better than us. Now the time has come for revenge and I hope for our victory”.

In the end, Ognjen Jaramaz commented on the situation with shooting shirts for warm-up for of which all of them were returned to players of Mega:

“We had a problem where immediately after the match with Partizan some of our shooting shirts with nicknames were gone and we have become attached to them. Now they are all returned, and I would like to thank BC Partizan who reacted quickly and appealed to bring our sports equipment back. The last two we were waiting where shooting shirts of  Milenko Veljkovic and Djordje Simeunovic but giving that they were roommates for years, we have been assured that “Mile” and “Đole” together will find a way to home”,

A great announcement for the match was already on Tuesday, when the company Roda and BC Mega Basket surprise students in Sremska Mitrovica. In physical education classes, Roda caravan socialized with kids with the basketball game and to the students of four schools shared the tickets for the upcoming match. Students competed in various challenges basketball, shooting threes, free throws and there were goals from half court-shoots. Continuation of meetings is scheduled for a match day, Thursday from 12 am on the Central square where for visitors will be prepared new surprises.

The match is scheduled for Thursday, December 24th from 7 pm in the hall PSC Pinki in Sremska Mitrovica. Tickets for the match are on sale at the price of 200 dinars for the stands and 500 dinars for VIP seats. The game will be broadcast live on TV Arena Sport.
