MEGA LEKS BETTER THAN BUDUCNOST!

Mega Leks won against Buducnost with 78:71 (19:15, 19:19, 18:17, 22:20) in a friendly match that was played in Hall FMP Zeleznik. Mega had the lead for most of the match except for a brief period in the third quarter and at the end, absolutely deservedly won.

Milojevic started the match with five players Ivanovic, Zagorac, Luwawu, Nikolic and Jankovic and Nikola Jankovic had a good start so Mega Leke after 3 minutes led with 8:2. The Buducnost did not let off the hook but it is the end of a quarter Jaramaz with several points and assists preserve plus 4, 19:15.

A good start of the second quarter brought baskets Ivanovic and Kaba with a plus one and after alley-up combination of Luwawz and Kaba and three from Ivanovic, Mega had lead to 30:22. Subotic three corresponds to a series of Mega and after an exchange of points on both sides, int finish Veljkovic played well in defense and then had good cooperation with Ivanovic abd reached points for 38:34 at the break.

Buducnost well played at the start of the third period and iDejan Milojevic was forced to request a time-out at 40:44. Mega  answered over Jankovic and Jaramaz and wih good defense Mega succeeded again to take the lead. Continued good cooperation from Jaramaz and Veljkovic and Simeunovic with a couple of good defenses contributed to the last 10 minutes went with 56:51.

The fourth quarter was a good start for Zagorac with several good moves. First he steals after the defense finished laying coast to coast and then hit two triples and one basket with a foul to 71:59 on 6 minutes to play. Buducnost tried to threaten victory of Mega, managed to reduce to 4 points difference but Jaramaz three solved the match and set the final 78:71.

Mega Leks at the weekend of September 12th and 13th expects a big challenge, “MEGA LEKS CUP” in Kraljevo where beside Mega, participate Crvena zvezda Telekom, PAOK and Trabzonspor and where part of the proceeds from ticket sales will be credited to accounts KK Sloga and ŽKK Kraljevo.
