After the great upheaval and victory against the MZT, Mega Leks travels to Zadar where on Monday from 6 pm will play a match of the fifth round of ABA league. Mega will in this match be weakened by the absence of Zagorac and Kaba while Nikola Ivanovic after injury returned to the team in the match with MZT.

After four rounds, Mega scored two victories  while Zadar has a score of 1-3. In ABA league they have met four times, and players of Dejan Milojevic celebrated in three duels. In Zadar,  they both times played exciting matches. Two years ago, Mega celebrated after the reversal in the fourth quarter, while last year Zadar won with 74:73.

Coach of Mega Leks Dejan Milojevic commented previous two matches:

“Both previous matches had very bad start, but we managed to get back in the game against the MZT and completely to reverse the result and get the win. The fact is that we have the youngest team in the regional competition, so we have to draw lessons, to better open the match and not to allow rivals to make a big difference”,

Milojevic says while turning to the next opponent:

“Zadar is a very good team with a great coach that carried the support of the audience and played remarkably at home. Already in the past we have shown that we can play there, we won one and lost  the second time with one point. With the defense on the right level, I believe we will reach the victory which would have meant a lot  for us”,

finished Milojevic.

Although only 17 Aleksandar Aranitovic so far in the regional competition in the field on average spent 25.3 minutes with 4.3 points per game. Fighting guard believes that the team showed character and that in Dalmatia has something to hope for:

“The previous two games we have a bad start, but we succeeded in both matches to get back in the game, and against the MZT fully to reverse and win. We showed character and with aggressive play in the defense of which became our trademark, with a quick game, I think we can beat anyone, including Zadar who played well at home. We havet the youngest  team in ABA league, but we are so highly motivated. Every match for us is a great school, but we are trying to play beautiful basketball. We continue not to be completed, by the absence of two players, but we will try to come with a great fighting spirit to the desired result”.

The match between Zadar and Mega Leks starts on Monday 12th of October at 6 pm with a live broadcast on the TV Arena Sport.
