Pavle Bačko was born on July 11, 2007, in Užice. He is 217 centimeters tall and plays the center position. He joined Mega in the summer of 2023, and in his first season, he won the Serbian Junior League title. In the 2024/25 season, he won the U19 ABA League title, averaging 13.6 points and 6.2 rebounds at the Final Tournament in Laktaši, earning the MVP award. He was also named to the All-Tournament Team.
He also led Mega’s junior team to victory at the EuroLeague Basketball Next Generation Tournament Qualifier in Istanbul, where he averaged 14.2 points and 6.8 rebounds. He was among Mega’s best players at the Final Tournament in Abu Dhabi as well, averaging 12.3 points, eight rebounds, three assists and two steals.
In the 2025/26 season, Bačko once again won the U19 ABA League title with Mega’s junior team and earned the MVP award for the second consecutive year. During the same season, he also played in the Serbian Basketball League (KLS) for OKK Beograd. Starting with the 2026/27 season, he is part of Mega’s senior team.
He represented Serbia at the 2025 U18 EuroBasket, where Serbia finished fifth, averaging 16.7 points and 5.8 rebounds per game.
