Vladimir Kontić was born on January 6, 2006, in Belgrade. He is 203 cm tall and plays at the small forward position. He joined Mega from OKK Beograd, where he played during the 2025/26 season, and particularly stood out in games against Vojvodina (13 points and 10 rebounds), Hercegovac (10 points and 7 rebounds), and Tamiš (10 points and 4 rebounds).
At youth level, he played for Crvena zvezda, as well as the Abu Dhabi Wildcats, with whom he won the U19 UAE League championship. He was also named Final Four MVP and finished as the league’s leading scorer.
