MEGA SUPERBET VISITS BORAC IN ČAČAK, AVDALOVIĆ: “A VERY TOUGH GAME AWAITS US”

Mega Superbet basketball team will visit Borac in Čačak in the final round of the ABA League playout phase. The game is scheduled for Sunday, April 26, at 20:00, with a live broadcast on TV Arena Sport.

Mega Superbet head coach Vule Avdalović shared his expectations ahead of the trip to Čačak:

– We know a very tough game awaits us in Čačak. Borac is always a difficult opponent on their home court; they have good energy, great support from the crowd, and they play aggressively. We beat them in Belgrade a month and a half ago, but that means nothing now—every game is a new story, especially when playing away. We need to repeat the strong defense we had in the last match, control the tempo, and prevent Borac from building momentum through transition and easy points. They will definitely come out strong from the start, so it’s crucial that we are ready for the initial pressure,

said Avdalović.

Ahead of the clash with Borac, Savo Drezgić also shared his expectations:

– A demanding game awaits us in Čačak. Although we achieved a win against them at home, that does not mean the job will be easier this time. This will be our last game of the ABA League season, and we want to leave a positive impression,

added Drezgić.

Before the final round, Mega Superbet holds a record of 11-14, while Borac stands at 8-17. In 11 ABA League matchups between these teams, Mega has been more successful so far with eight wins, including a 95-77 home victory earlier this season.
