BOGOLJUB MARKOVIĆ: 17TH MEGA SUPERBET PLAYER SELECTED IN NBA DRAFT

Bogoljub Marković has been selected in the 2025 NBA Draft!

Marković was picked 47th overall by the Milwaukee Bucks, increasing Mega Superbet’s record as the world leader in the number of players drafted outside of U.S. clubs to 17.

Marković has been an integral part of Mega for years. He joined the club in the summer of 2021 and has since played for the cadet, junior, and senior teams, proving himself as one of the most talented players of his generation.

He achieved great success in youth competitions. He won the U19 ABA League three times (in 2022, 2023, and 2024), the cadet championship title in 2022, and two junior Serbian championship trophies (2023 and 2024). Notably, he also won the Euroleague Junior title in 2022. At the 2024 ABA League junior tournament, he was named MVP of the Final Four.

He made his senior debut for Mega in January 2023 in a game against Cibona. During the 2024/25 season, he shone in the ABA League and rightfully earned the title of the league’s Best Young Player, being named MVP of the Month twice (September and October). One of his standout performances came against Split, when he recorded 18 points and 17 rebounds. Over the season, he posted six double-doubles and was named MVP of the ABA League’s 22nd round.

His impressive club performances earned him a call-up to the Serbian senior national team in November 2024. In a game against Denmark, he played 14 minutes, scoring 3 points and grabbing 4 rebounds. He was also a member of Serbia’s U18 national team that won gold at the 2023 European Championship in Niš, where he was selected to the All-Tournament Team.

In April 2024, he took part in the Nike Hoop Summit in Portland, an annual gathering of the world’s top basketball prospects. Shortly after, he also attended the prestigious Adidas Eurocamp in Treviso.
