Vladimir Jovanovic

Head coach

He was born on July 4, 1973 in Čačak. After leading the youth club selections of Borac, Zemun and Partizan, in 2005 he became an assistant coach at Partizan, and in 2010 he became the coach of the first team. In two seasons with Partizan, he won 5 trophies, one Adriatic League, two titles in Serbia and two Radivoje Korac Cups.

After Partizan, he led Donetsk, Igokea, them he was assistant coach in the Montenegrin national team, and in 2016 he came to Lokomotiv Kuban, where he was first the coordinator of the club’s youth selections, and then became first assistant coach, and then the club’s first coach until March 2019. After that, je worked in China and Japan. Jovanovic successfully led both  U18 and U20 selections of Serbia, since he was a two-time European champion with the U18 national team, in 2009 in France and in 2017 in Slovakia.

Vladimir Jovanovic became Head coach of Mega in summer 2020.
